  • Digital Copy - View and download your digitized memroies with your included MemoryCloud account for 60 days. You can also add your digitized memories to Google Photos (storage quota applies).
  • USB - Your USB copy will contain your entire order. Your digitazed memories will be viewable on deviecs with a USB port, and files will be easy to store, duplicate, and back up.

  • Video files: MPEG, MPG, MP4 AVI, MOV, WMV, 3G2, 3GP, AVCHD, DV, M4V, MOD, MPE, M2TS, MTS, TS, VOB, VRO
  • Image files: BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, JPE, JIF, JIFF, JFI, PNG, TIF, TIFF (up to 36 megapixel images)

What you will receive:

Your order contents will vary depending on which output(s) you selected; your original media will be returned with your order.

    USB features:

    • MP4 video file of each digital video (maximum resolution of 1920x1080)
    • JPEG image file of each digital image*

    • Add your Digital Copy to Google Photos, where you can share and store all your memories in one place (storage quota applies)
