When do the anniversary offers run?

From 1 to 30 November, in four rounds that each run on set dates. Super Deal 1 is a free album plan upgrade (1–9 Nov) and Super Deal 2 is the HK$5 videotape deal (10–15 Nov). Super Deals 3 and 4 will be revealed on 20 and 25 Nov.

How do I get the HK$5 videotape deal?

Book a drop-off at our Central or Lai Chi Kok store on this page (10–15 Nov), pick a date and time and verify your phone by SMS. Bring one videotape to the store and digitise it for HK$5, paid in store.

What counts as a tape in good condition?

No mould, no broken tape and no water damage. If the tape has mould, cleaning is an extra HK$200. Not sure? We check every tape in store before digitising.

How many places are there, and how often can I book?

Each store takes 50 bookings a day, first come, first served. Each phone number can book once per day.

Which tape formats are included?

The HK$5 offer covers VHS / S-VHS, VHS-C, Hi8 / Video8 and MiniDV tapes.

I have more tapes. How are the others priced?

The HK$5 price is for one tape. During the same round, all your other videotape digitisation is 25% off.

How does the album plan upgrade work?

From 1 to 9 Nov, choose the Gold plan and get the Diamond plan free: 4K becomes 6K, plus AI colour restoration and sorting by decade, with no price difference or surcharge.
