Pricing questions
- How is the final price worked out?
- You pay a deposit when you order online. We then charge for what we actually digitise, so if an album has fewer photos than you estimated, you pay less.
- Is there a discount for large photo orders?
- Yes. When all the photos in your order add up to 1,000 or more, every photo plan drops to a lower rate, and lower again from 3,000 photos. It is applied automatically.
- Are videotapes charged by length?
- No. Each tape is one price whatever its length. The price depends on the format and the output quality you choose.
- How much do file delivery and collection cost?
- A Capture USB is HK$99 per set and Google Photos upload is HK$99. Door-to-door collection is HK$200 each way, free for orders of HK$2,500 or more. Store drop-off in Central or Lai Chi Kok is free.
- How long does it take?
- Usually 7–14 days, and 14–28 days for film reels. Express service is available if you need it sooner.
