What is Negative?
Negatives are essentially the original images captured on film. They enable the conversion of film into printed photographs. Nicéphore Niépce, a French inventor and scientist, created the first negative photo in 1826.
Most negatives can be expected to last around 50 years. If negatives are stored in imperfect conditions, the images will begin to fade, discolour and generally warp, which can alter or destroy your cherished family photos.

- Which slide and negative sizes do you accept?
- 35mm, 110/126/127, 127 super slides and 120/220 medium format.
- How do I get my media to Capture?
- Choose door-to-door collection (HK$200, free for orders of HK$2,500 or more), drop off at our Central store, or send it to us by SF Express.
- How do I receive my files?
- Files are delivered on a Capture USB flash drive (HK$99) or uploaded to Google Photos (HK$99). You can choose both.
- Do I get my originals back?
- Yes. Collect them at our Central store or have them returned by SF Express.
- How much do I pay upfront?
- Only a deposit when you order online. The balance is paid when your files are ready, based on what we actually digitised.
