Our patented 8-layer glare removal scans them in place at high quality, removing glare and reflections from glass and plastic sleeves. Nothing is taken out, so your photos and albums stay undamaged and every scan comes out clear and complete.

1.Estimate the Quantity of Photos

Please estimate the number of photo albums/photos in your home. You only pay for the exact number of photos that we digtise for you.

By Album (More Convenient): We recommend that customers estimate the number of photos by album count.
By Photo Count (More Accurate): Customers may also count the exact number of photos.

2.Place an Order Online

Place an order online, select the quantity of photo albums/photos to be digitised and complete payment. Your order details and the latest status will be sent to you via WhatsApp and email.

Process:: Enter media quantity ➔ Select collection method ➔ Select output method ➔ Store/Door-to-Door Collection date ➔ Pay deposit
Deposit:: Capture charges 50% of the service fee as deposit

3.Media Arrangement

Door-to-Door Collection — After scheduling a door-to-door collection with Capture, the courier will come to your home with a collection bag. Just place your albums in the bag, and the courier will safely transport the collection bag to Capture.

Drop Off at Store: After scheduling a drop-off appointment at the Capture store, the Capture memory specialists will begin working on your order.

Door-to-Door Collection Fee: Orders over HK$ 2,500: Free
Orders under HK$ 2,500: HK$200
